Terms of Service

⚠️ By using any service offered through LSMods, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed below.

00 How It Works

For the services to work as efficiently as possible, you will be asked to provide the account's email/username and password. The client may demand a screen-share as proof of signing out from the account, or of the service process — the specific modding method used will not be shown.

Please refer to Section 05 if the client refuses to deliver credentials. LSMods recommends changing your password once delivery has been processed. However, at LSMods, client trust is paramount and we are confident that a password reset will not be necessary. You can trust us.

If you own GTA Enhanced on Rockstar Games, LSMods will need your Social Club credentials. If you own it on Steam, you will need to provide your Steam account credentials instead.

01 Agreement to Terms

By contacting LSMods and/or purchasing any service, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the services. These terms apply to all services offered including but not limited to: GTA cash drops, RP level boosts, weapon unlocks, vehicle unlocks, and heist preparation packages.

02 Nature of Service

LSMods is an independent modding service for GTA V / GTA Online and is not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or any related entities. All in-game modifications are performed through third-party tools and methods. Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

GTA V, GTA Online, and all related assets are trademarks of Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive. Use of these services may violate Rockstar Games' Terms of Service and End User Licence Agreement (EULA).

03 Risk Acknowledgment

The Client acknowledges and accepts that:

  • Using modding services may violate Rockstar Games' Terms of Service and could result in a temporary or permanent ban of your GTA Online account.
  • LSMods takes reasonable precautions to minimize risk, but cannot guarantee that your account will not be affected by Rockstar's anti-cheat systems.
  • LSMods is not responsible for any bans, suspensions, resets, or other account penalties imposed by Rockstar Games.
  • The Client uses these services entirely at their own risk.

04 Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final. Due to the nature of digital services, no refunds are issued once a service has been initiated or completed.

  • Payment must be made through the agreed method before or during service delivery as discussed.
  • Refunds may be considered only if LSMods fails to deliver the agreed service entirely and through no fault of the Client.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication will result in being blacklisted from all future services.
  • In case of a delivery issue, the Client must contact LSMods within 24 hours of expected delivery time.

05 Account Security & Credentials

LSMods will never share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. If someone claiming to represent LSMods who is not the main provider contacts you, it is a scam.

  • For cash-based services, the Client may be asked to provide Rockstar / Steam account credentials so the provider can perform the required actions. If the Client is not comfortable doing so, available services will be limited due to the game's functions.
  • For session-based services, the Client may be asked to join the same GTA Online session — no credentials are required in that case.
  • The Client is responsible for keeping their own account credentials secure. LSMods strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your account.
  • The Client may request a real-time screen-share to verify that their credentials have been permanently deleted after service delivery.

06 Client Conduct

The Client agrees to:

  • Be respectful and professional in all communications.
  • Not attempt to scam, deceive, or defraud LSMods.
  • Not share or resell services purchased from LSMods without explicit permission.
  • Provide accurate information required for service delivery (e.g., correct GamerTag/platform).
  • Not file false payment disputes after services have been rendered.

LSMods reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

07 Service Delivery

Estimated delivery times are guidelines and not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by:

  • GTA Online server availability and stability
  • Queue of current orders
  • Client availability (for session-based services)
  • Technical issues outside of LSMods' control

LSMods will always communicate any delays as soon as possible.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSMods shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of these services. This includes, but is not limited to, account bans, data loss, game progression loss, or any other loss resulting from use of our services.

09 Privacy & Data Deletion

LSMods does not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Information collected (such as GamerTag, email, password, or platform ID) is used solely for service delivery purposes and is instantly deleted once delivery is confirmed. The Client can request a real-time screen-share to verify that their information has been permanently deleted.

10 Modifications to Terms

LSMods reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is the Client's responsibility to review these terms periodically.
